How we handle your information
Information you provide
When you request a quote or booking, we collect the contact and property details you submit so Green Captains Australia can review the work, contact you and manage the enquiry. Photos are optional and should only show areas relevant to the requested work.
How it is used
We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, arrange services and keep necessary business records. We do not sell your personal information.
Job photos
Uploaded photos are processed to remove embedded metadata, reduce their size and link them privately to your quote or booking. They are not published or used for marketing without separate permission. Please avoid including faces, number plates, documents or other private information. Unsubmitted uploads are automatically treated as temporary; you can ask us to delete submitted photos using the contact details below.
Service providers
Website hosting, database, storage and email providers may process information on our behalf to operate these services. Access is limited to what is needed to provide the service.
Website measurement
When website measurement is enabled, Google Analytics records page views and selected actions such as call-link clicks, quote or booking progress, and visits to our ServiceSeeking profile. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, property addresses, form text, booking times or submission references in these events. You can limit this measurement using browser privacy controls or an analytics-blocking extension.
